WorldTel has updated it's Helpdesk Web 2.0 tool. We have added a new logo and a link to our corporate website. For our Self-Managed customers, we have added a link to support services. This if for services provided to customers without a dedicated sales rep. We will continue to bring improvements to our Helpdesk Web 2.0 tools in the future.
